Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the SOGT Print Academy program.

Do I need experience or education to apply?

No! You don't need any prior experience or special education. This program is designed for people who are starting fresh. We teach you everything you need to know.

How long is the program?

The program is 6 weeks long, full-time. You'll come every day and work on real projects.

Will I get a job after I finish?

We provide job search support, resume help, and industry connections, but we do not guarantee employment. Your success depends on your effort and the job market.

However, we will help you build the skills and confidence you need to find opportunities.

How much does it cost?

Most students pay $0 out of pocket thanks to WIOA funding, agency sponsorships, or vocational rehab programs.

When you apply, we'll help you identify which funding options you qualify for. Self-pay options are also available—contact us for pricing.

What if I have a criminal record?

We work with reentry programs and justice-involved individuals regularly. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify you. We're here to help people rebuild their lives.

Can I start my own business after this program?

Yes! Many students use the skills they learn to start their own print businesses. We teach you the technical skills and business fundamentals you need to go out on your own.

Where is the program located?

The program is based in Columbus, Ohio. Training takes place at our facility with industry-standard equipment.
